The vacancy period tells you how many days a position is advertised on average.
Enter your desired job title, select the appropriate region, and the Jobspreader will tell you how much time you should allow for recruitment. If you know this figure before posting the job, you can inform your department or hiring manager accordingly.
Used smartly, the vacancy period can help you with strategic personnel planning in advance.
Skill supply
The skilled labor supply shows you the current and historical unemployment-to-job ratio. This means how many skilled workers registered as unemployed are statistically available for your open position.
This indicator provides you with information on whether you are operating in an active or passive job market with the profile you are looking for, or whether it is even a bottleneck or shortage profile. You can then put together your personnel marketing mix accordingly.
The supply of skilled workers serves as a methodological guide and strategic basis for efficient budget allocation.
Salary
In the Salary tab, you can dive into the benchmark of average salary distribution.
Select the job you are looking for and the desired level of requirements (depending on your profile, from assistant to expert). The Jobspreader provides you with average salaries, broken down by salary groups. This allows you to see immediately whether the proposed salary is competitive for your desired profile.
This insight enables you to manage expectations realistically during clarification discussions with the work department.
Competition
In the Competition tab, Jobspreader shows you suitable and similar job postings from other companies in your region.
